Lazjen's CPS (Creature, Placeable, Store) Inventory Manager is a NWN2 plugin to manage the inventories of Creature, Placeable and Store Blueprints and Instances.
Details for downloading the latest version can be found on the Pelagia web site Downloads page.
When you select a row in the display, the properties panel will update with the blueprint information of the item. This is a normal item property panel, so normal actions can be undertaken, including viewing previews of the item, etc.
This plugin can show you exactly what icon is associated with what item. These items are displayed in tab panels, in exactly the same grouping as stores within the game (armor, weapons, expendables, trinkets, miscellaneous)
These can be entered in the Qty column of the item(s) you desire. A value of 0 means the item is not included in the inventory. For Stores, a value of -1 can be entered to have the item be infinitely available.
If you double-click on a row, the item quantity is increased by one.
If you hold down the right mouse button over the rows of items, a popup menu will appear with some useful choices. These choices are:
Note that these work for the currently displayed tab only, and for the items displayed. If you have used filters to reduce the items in the list, then it is the reduced list that is altered by these selections. See filters for more details.
There are two buttons on the toolbar for saving: Save, and Save and Exit. Both save your changes to the Blueprint or Instance. The Save and Exit will close the plugin if the save was successful.
Note that the underlying structures used by NWN2 for inventory information are not efficient. If you include many items, the Blueprint or Instance may take longer to load up when selecting.
The cancel and exit button on the toolbar will revert the Blueprint or Instance back to the last saved values and exit the plugin. Be careful choosing this as it will undo any changes you have made since the last save without warning.
The reset button on the toolbar will revert the Blueprint or Instance back to the last saved values. Be careful choosing this as it will undo any changes you have made since the last save without warning.
The filter button on the top panel will switch the display to the filter setup. The reapply filters button refreshes the tab panel display with the items that match your filter.
Filters allow you to get a precise subset of items in the display, which can help you quickly set up tailored stores. For example, you can filter by name, so you could get all the items that have "Adamantine" in their name. Or perhaps you want to make a low level shop, where the items are less than a specific amount, e.g. 3000 gp. Another possibility is to get all items of a certain base type, e.g. Maces, or Potions, etc.
These filters are currently available:
Work in Progress: Some of the filter settings are saved with your preferences. Currently this is mostly whether they are enabled or not.
This button can be used to switch between showing all items and those items within the current inventory. Note that when you are viewing items in the current inventory, any filters you have in place are not applied and the filter buttons are disabled.
The Buy/Sell Setup button on the toolbar becomes enabled when you are editing a Store Blueprint or Instance. It pops up a panel that allows you to configure exactly what the store will or will not buy. If you double-click the column header, it will select all entries in that column and deselect all entries in the other columns.
You can close this window at any time and the plugin will remember your choices.
The plugin preferences can be found in the main toolset, under the View, Options menu. In the Plugins section, select "Lazjen's CPS Inventory Manager Plugin".
You can change the activation key for the plugin from the default "Alt I". This key is used to open the plugin from anywhere in the toolset when you have an appropriate blueprint or instance selected.
You can change whether the plugin shows icons for items or not. Note that if if change this value, you have to restart any open plugin to see the changes.
